REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF AN ENFORCEMENT DOCUMENT
When submitting an enforcement document for recovery, the claimant shall at the same time provide the bailiff with data confirming that the submitted enforcement document has not been executed and must be enforced in a mandatory manner, and the claimant is responsible for the accuracy of this data.

REQUEST FOR PRESENTATION (DELIVERY) OF DOCUMENTS
The service of document presentation (delivery) is provided when it is necessary to present legal or other documents of other types, which the client does not want to be delivered by, or cannot entrust to, postal couriers for certain reasons. Not only are the documents presented to the addressee, but the legal consequences of accepting or refusal to accept such documents may be clarified.

REQUEST FOR ASCERTAINING OF FACTUAL CIRCUMSTANCES
The factual circumstances ascertaining service is provided when there is a need for a detailed description of the circumstances, object or property, their condition in a special protocol with additional records by means of video and audio recording. The ascertaining of the factual circumstances is an absolutely confidential service, the essence of which is known only to the client and the bailiff. Protocols on the ascertaining of factual circumstances do not have a limitation period and may be submitted by the client to any institutions located in the Republic of Lithuania or the European Union.

FORM OF ORDINARY BILL OF EXCHANGE
The bill of exchange is used to document an unconditional promise to repay the debt within the set time limits. It is not necessary to state the reason for its issuance in the bill, moreover, the bill cannot contain any additional payment clauses - there is simply an obligation (or self-obligation) to pay a certain amount of money.
