Ascertaining of factual circumstances is a detailed description of the circumstances, items or property and their condition in the factual circumstance statement. The established factual circumstances may be additionally recorded by means of video and audio recording. The factual circumstance ascertaining protocol allows you to capture the current state and is like a "timed" photograph. The ascertaining of the factual circumstances is an absolutely confidential service, the essence of which is known only to the client and the bailiff. Protocols on the ascertaining of factual circumstances do not have a limitation period and may be submitted by the client to any institutions located in the Republic of Lithuania or the European Union.
Various types of factual circumstances can be ascertained:

• factual circumstances related to construction or repair, flooding of premises and other cases;
• ascertaining of intangible circumstances: content of SMS messages, image and / or content of websites and other cases;
• ascertaining of various events: gatherings of the company's shareholders, labour disputes and other events.

We use state-of-the-art video and audio recording measures to ascertain the factual circumstances. We print factual circumstance ascertaining protocols with special printers that ensures the longevity of the protocols and their attachments.
